Tailor Made for Your Child
The Full Daytime Program is offered on three different levels, to meet the students where they are.
With Widad’s holistic learning approach, in addition to working on academic areas, we also support our students in developing their interests including Food Preparation and Woodwork.
Skills covered include: Language Art, Maths, Science, Art, Music, Social Studies, Physical Education, Sensory Play, Social Skills and Life skills. For the higher Tiers, there is the option to include Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Behavioural Therapy.
Tier 1 – Classroom Education
Students will access a quality class education, customised to each child where required.
Tier 2 – Classroom Education and Group Therapy
Students will access a quality class education, customised where required. Students will also have approximately 2 hours of therapeutic support in the form of Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Behavioural Therapy Sessions, as required, accessed through small groups with their peers.
Tier 3 – Classroom Education and Individual Therapy
Students will access a quality class education, customised where required. Students will also have approximately 2 hours of therapeutic support; this can be Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Behavioural Therapy Sessions, as required, and is provided as individual sessions.
Tier 4 – Classroom Education and Individual/Group Therapy
Students will access a quality class education, customised where required. Students will have approximately 2 or 3 hours of therapeutic support; this can be Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Behavioural Therapy Sessions, as required, and is provided as either 3 hours of individual sessions or 2 hours of individual sessions and 2 hours of group sessions.

Interactive from A to Z
Each child’s learning objectives are monitored on a daily basis through comprehensive data collection systems. The children participate in 1:1 sessions as well as interactive group sessions depending on their specific need and how quickly they acquire new skills.
The goal of every program is for the child to be able to learn from his or her environment and to be exposed to the most nurturing setting possible in doing so.
